There are many golf courses to choose from, with the excellent La Sella course only 10 minutes drive away.

Fitted to a high standard this detached villa comprises a circular double bedroom upstairs with its own private bathroom,living room and enclosed sun terrace.

Downstairs there are 3 twin bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite bathroom,seperate bathroom with shower,living room,kitchen and a turret dining room with a large wooden table that seats eight.

The villa is fully equipped, with air conditioning / heating, dvd, video and cd. There is a library of films and comedy shows for entertainment.

There is a micro wave, cooker and fridge in the kitchen with a drinks fridge, freezer ,washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board in the utility room under the pool.

A portable BBQ is available as are a number of sun loungers and sun umbrella's.

A local English management company is available for any advice on local facilities or help resolve any unexpected problems.

The terrace is ideal for eating out during those long lazy days. With a south facing view over the pool, the terrace provides ample shade and is the perfect location for the cocktails and gin and tonics as the sun goes down. As the stars appear, the mountains disappear into the night, and the insects provide their evening chorus. Bliss..

The feature of the villa is the spectacular views from the 10 X 5 swimming pool. The south facing pool has an underwater light for late night swimming.

An english speaking pool cleaner visits regularly.

Take the hassle out of travelling. There are numerous car hire firms at Alicante Airport and we can offer advice if requested.

From the Airport head North for 45 minutes on the toll road E7/A15 to junction 62. Head south on the N332 for 10 minutes and turn right to Pedreguer. Villaspain is 5 minutes away. There is offroad parking for 2 cars, but plenty of on road parking in a very quite cul-de-sac.

After a 2 hour flight and a 1 hour car journey, all you need to do before you unpack is stand on the ballastrade, enjoy the mountain views and chill out..

Denia has retained its picturesque look including fishermans quarters, cobbled streets and a 12th Century castle. For the active holidaymaker its sandy beaches offer a wide range of watersports. Nearby Mount Montgo offers a popular spot for walkers. At the peak of 750 metres is the view of the Costa Blanca coastline.

Along the coastline you can find coves and bays offering traditional Spanish bars, cobbled beaches and spectacular snorkelling. Scuba diving and golf can be arranged through our management company if required.

A good day out is a trip to the safari park. A car ride through pens of Lions and Tigers roaming free is quite an experience. To highlight your holiday why not book to swim in a pool with sealions, feed them a fish and they give you a kiss. A bit smelly but great fun!!

Further down the coast, about 30 minutes away is Benidorm. As well as having extensive beaches, Benidorm offers shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. For those with young families, you have the choice of a Water park, Seaworld(Mundomar), and a Theme park(Terra Mittiga). A great atmosphere and excellent fun.

If the dolphins are lucky, you may let them have their photograph taken with you,just to make their day...

The hottest months of the year on the Costa Blanca are June to September, when temperatures average 25c.

Spring and Autumn are comfortably warm and the area is much sought after in Winter where temperatures average 17c, whilst the UK freezes.

The rental prices depend on the number of occupiers.

NOV-MAR prices between £350-£450 per rental week.
APR,MAY,OCT prices between £500-£600 per rental week.
JUN,SEPT prices between £700-£800 per rental week.
JUL,AUG prices between £950-£1200 per rental week.
