GAP HR Services was formed with the express aim of helping SMEs, offering qualified Human Resources support to companies that do not require a full-time HR Manager.

The company‘s founder is Carolyne Wahlen (BA Hons, Diplom-Betriebswirt), who has been active in international Human Resources for the last eight years. She has recruited internationally at all levels, from Finance Director for EMEA to helpdesk operators, working both as an Executive Search Consultant for blue chip clients and in-house as Senior Resourcing Specialist for Central and Eastern Europe (SITA-Equant – world‘s largest fixed network operator). On the HR Generalist side, Carolyne has experience of start-ups of SMEs in the technology and media sectors.
